Shipping Policy


SoleChic Studios primary goal is to provide quality service to our clients & to ensure we provide this service please read the following guidance so that we may provide the appropriate service in a timely & efficient manner. 

Please be advised that SoleChic Studios does NOT take responsibility for misinformation provided on any order placed by a customer however we will make every effort to assist customers in making the necessary corrections so that customers receive their packages in a timely fashion.

To ensure customer packages are properly delivered and received within the time frame advertised at the point of check out, please ensure the delivery address is fully entered and accurate at the time of purchase. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are any issues with verifying a customers address, customer service will contact the customer who purchased the item via email in an effort to resolve any discrepancies and result in a timely delivery. If after several contact attempts to the customer, the customer doesn't respond, the customers order will be canceled and refunded.

If after a order is placed a customer realizes that they've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible for resolution. If a customers order was placed on the weekend, please contact us the next business day, and our customer service department will assist the customers with their change the address request. If for any reason our customer service department is unable to make the necessary updates due to the product already being shipped and/or delivered, SoleChic Studios does NOT take responsibility for the incorrect information provided by the customer on the original order.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a customer refuses any shipment(s) from SoleChic Studios, the customer is solely responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise's original purchase.

If a customers tracking information states that their package was delivered and the customer has not received it, the customer must address the issue with the United States Postal Service or any other delivery provider that delivered the product (ie; Fedex, UPS etc.,). SoleChic Studios is NOT responsible for packages that state DELIVERED

Shipping time frames vary for each purchased item due to the delivery location, product availability and delivery service provider variants - for which SoleChic Studios are not responsible.   After a customers payment is authorized and verified, it may take an estimated business day to process the order especially on holidays and weekends due to the high volume of orders placed. When an order has been shipped, customers will receive an email with tracking information. If for any reason a customers order says delivered and the customer did not receive their package, it is the customers responsibility to contact the appropriate delivery service that delivered the package for resolution.  SoleChic Studios is not responsible for delivered packages and do not provide refunds for delivered packages.  For information on returns and exchanges see the applicable Returns & Exchanges section for further details. 

Shipping costs are displayed at point of checkout. International orders may be subjected to customs charges by the customers native country.
